Mobile Health Unit to provide blood sugar screenings and diabetes awareness education in November

La Porte, Starke counties, Ind. – The Mobile Health Unit of La Porte Hospital will be out in the community throughout November to educate the community about diabetes and to provide free blood sugar screenings.
Early detection of health issues is the key to successful outcomes.
